There is not a separate module to create a Landing Page.
Most customers use a Menu and just put a sharp image as the background or have a nice banner at the top. Then just set that Menu as the top tab on the tabbar.
Some people use a Slider with a nice graphic and just set it as the top tab on the tabbar.
Others will do a View and use the banner as the image for their landing page with text underneath.
Which ever option you use to make the landing page, simply add whichever page you choose as the top tab on the tabbar and you will be good to go! :)
